+ What does the registration fee include?

Absolutely everything but the airfare, transportation to and from airport, extra alcohol and personal snacks, and personal shopping. Click here for a detail of everything included.

+ How do I get there?

The best airport to fly into is Panama City Beach (Airport code: ECP). You can also try Destin (DTS), and Pensacola (PNS). From there, you can uber it, or use a private transportation company (insert link here). A car rental is really not necessary, as we will provide bikes to get around and all activities are in close proximity.

+ What should I bring?

Bring casual beach attire, a bathing suit, beach cover-up, and a sun hat. Please bring a dressier option in neutral or blue tones for our Family Dinner on Monday evening. We will provide yoga mats, suntan lotion and towels for the beach, so don’t worry about packing that. We want you to be comfortable and feel good! The beach can get a little chilly in the evening so be prepared for that.

+ What is the weather like that time of year?

The weather in Watercolor is beautiful in April with mostly sunny skies and temps in the upper 70’s to low 80’s. It can get a little chilly in the evening so be prepared for that.

+ What if I have special diet restrictions?

No problem at all! Just alert us of your diet and we will have special meals prepared for you.

+ How many attendees will be there?

In order to keep the retreat intimate and manageable, we have limited the retreat to 18 attendees.

+ What types of businesses will the attendees own?

We envision we will have women from all different fields of the creative event industry. Expect to meet floral designers, event planners, interior designers, photographers, shop owners, and more!

+ Can I secure my own accommodations?

Because this is an all-inclusive retreat, all retreat guests are required to stay at the Inn to participate in all activities at special negotiated rates. Our negotiated rates will be available 3 days post retreat should you wish to extend your stay.

+ Is NOURISH a good choice for me?

+ Can I bring my children with me?

We know you love your little ones and we do too! But….. This is a time for you to recharge and reconnect with yourself. Because of this reason, we have made NOURISH a child-free retreat. Let’s be honest, it’s not really a retreat if our kids are there with us. Some of the mentors will be traveling with family, but we have asked that all retreat meals and activities remain child-free.

+ Can my husband or partner come with me?

Of course! This retreat is a great opportunity for you and your loved one to reconnect. We will have some husband and wife mentor teams there so we can see the dynamic of husband and wife teams and how they operate. This can be a great time for our husbands to find a support system, because let’s be honest…. It’s not always easy being married to a creative business owner. There is an increased registration fee ($950) for attendees bringing their husbands/partners. This fee covers additional resort fees, meals, and our man activities. Please choose “you + one” at registration for this option.

+ Will there be another NOURISH retreat?

Yes! If this year is a success, we plan on taking NOURISH to Tulum, Mexico in 2017.

+ Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, we will offer a payment plan. You will see information for this option on the registration page.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, due to the logistics involved with hosting an all-inclusive retreat we will be unable to offer refunds once a spot is secured. We can however transfer the seat to another individual if there is a wait list, or if you have someone interested in purchasing your seat, you can sell your seat with prior approval from the NOURISH team.
