+ What does the registration fee include?
Absolutely everything but the airfare, transportation to + from airport, extra alcohol + personal snacks, and personal shopping. Click here for a detail of everything included.
+ How do I get there?
The best airport to fly into is Palm Springs Airpost (Airport code: PCP). You can also fly into Los Angeles (LAX) + drive in. The Palm Springs airport is just a few miles from the resort. A car rental is really not necessary, as we will provide bikes to get around + all activities are at the resort.
+ What should I bring?
Bring light, casual attire, a bathing suit, beach cover-up + a sun hat. Meals will be casual so bring what you feel most comfortable in. Casual dresses or lightweigh linen jumpsuits are perfect. We will provide yoga mats, suntan lotion + towels for the pool, so don’t worry about packing that. We want you to be comfortable + feel good! It will be hot in the daytime (a dry desert heat), but cools off in the evening so be prepared for that.
+ What is the weather like that time of year?
The weather in Palm Springs is beautiful in May with mostly sunny skies. The temperature can get up in to the 90's, but it is a dry tolerable heat. It does get cooler in the evening.
+ What if I have special diet restrictions?
No problem at all! Just alert us of your diet + we will have special meals prepared for you.
+ How many attendees will be there?
In order to keep the retreat intimate + manageable, we have limited the retreat to 14 attendees.
+ What types of businesses will the attendees own?
We envision we will have women from all different fields of the creative event industry. Expect to meet floral designers, event planners, interior designers, photographers, shop owners + more!
+ Can I secure my own accommodations?
Because this is an all-inclusive retreat, all retreat guests are required to stay at the resort to participate in all activities at special negotiated rates. Our negotiated rates will be available 3 days post retreat should you wish to extend your stay.
+ Is Nourish a good choice for me?

+ Can I bring my children with me?
We know you love your little ones + we do too! But….. This is a time for you to recharge + reconnect with yourself. Because of this reason we have made Nourish a child-free retreat. Let’s be honest, it’s not really a retreat if our kids are there with us. Some of the mentors will be traveling with family, but we have asked that all retreat meals + activities remain child-free.
+ Can my husband or partner come with me?
Of course! This retreat is a great opportunity for you + your loved one to reconnect. We will have some husband + wife mentor teams there so we can see the dynamic of husband + wife teams and how they operate. This can be a great time for our husbands to find a support system, because let’s be honest…. It’s not always easy being married to a creative business owner. There is an increased registration fee (+$850) for attendees bringing their husbands/partners. This fee covers additional resort fees, meals + our man activities. Please choose “you + one” at registration for this option.
+ Will there be another Nourish retreat?
Yes! We hope to run a retreat each calendar year in different locations.
+ Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, we offer a payment plan! You will see information for this option on the registration page.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, due to the logistics involved with hosting an all-inclusive retreat we will be unable to offer refunds once a spot is secured. We can however transfer the seat to another individual if there is a wait list, or if you have someone interested in purchasing your seat, you can sell your seat with prior approval from the Nourish team.
