Breakfast at your leisure
8:00am – 11:00am

Start your day off with a healthy breakfast prepared by Chef Leo at Hotel Joaquin overlooking the Pacific.  Enjoy the hotel’s smoothie of the day with a glass of chlorophyll water for a boost of energy. The rawnola with Magik milk is a must have! 

Morning Yoga
8:00AM – 9:00am

Clear your mind and set your intention for the day with an early morning yoga session. We will do yoga on the beach if weather permits.

Refresh
9:00AM – 10:00am

Take this time to explore the resort or get yourself ready for the day.

 health + nutrition with cara clark
10:00am – 11:00am

Join us in the hotel living room with Cara Clark of Cara Clark Nutrition. She will talk to us about health and nutrition and give us tips on staying healthy and in shape with our busy lifestyles.

 LUNCH+ Pool TIme
11:00Am – 1:00pm

Chef Leo will prepare a healthy lunch to enjoy at your leisure. Take it to the pool or down to the beach and enjoy a little R&R with your lunch and new friends.

photography + styling
1:00PM – 3:00PM

Join retreat photographer Ashley Sawtelle for a session on everyday photography. Learn how to take better photos with your iPhone for family and business. She will share some of her favorite editing techniques and apps as well. Carissa Jones of JL Designs will join her to share her styling and flatly techniques. You will be taking pics like a pro after this session!

 

Hair + makeup with 10.11 Makeup

4:00pm – 5:00pm

Join us in the hotel living room for a session with Erica Beukelman of 10.11 Makeup. She will teach us all about oil cleansing and facial care, and she will show us quick hair and makeup techniques for women on the go.

 

RELAX + REFRESH
5:00pm – 7:00pm

 

FAMILY DINNER UNDER THE STARS
7:00pm – 8:00pm

We will gather together under the stars and enjoy cocktails and an intimate dinner by Chef Leo of Hotel Joaquin.

LIVING ROOM CHAT

Join us in the hotel living room after dinner for a fireside night cap. Wine and good conversation before we head to bed for the night. Topic TBD
