MORNING Yoga or PADDLE BOARDING
8:00am – 9:00am

Start the day off with a peaceful, yet invigorating yoga session or paddle boarding on the ocean. Yoga will take place on the beach if weather permits. 

 

JUICE + REFRESH
9:00am – 10:00am

Refresh + rehydrate with a fresh pressed juice and prepare for your morning creative session.

 

CREATIVE SESSIONS + SPA TREATMEnt + Pool TIME
10:00am – 12:00pm

Retreat attendees will be split up into small groups for your choice of a creative workshop.  During this time, some of the attendees will also be getting their spa treatment and some much needed R&R at the pool or beach.

 

LUNCH+ free time
12:00pm – 2:00pm

 

setting boundaries
2:00pm – 3:00pm

A mentoring session led by Jessica Zimmerman.  We will discuss work + life balance and the importance of setting boundaries and saying no.    

Wellness session
3:30pm – 5:30pm

Join us for a group wellness session including  "Make-up for busy Moms" led by 1011 Make-up, and "The Essentials of Oils" led by Melody Brandon. 

RELAX + REFRESH
5:30pm – 7:00pm

 

dinner under the stars
7:00pm – 9:00pm

Join us for our last group dinner under the stars. A healthy menu designed by Chef Leo of Hotel Joaquin will be served family style.

Living Room Chat

Join us in the hotel living room after dinner for a fireside night cap. Wine and good conversation before we head to bed for the night.
